After wait of over 1 year , we got biometric letter for my parents. The letter said we need to do biometric within 30 days but there is no biometric appointment until Oct 7. What should I do? How should i contact CIC to give some more time for biometric. Please advise me. Thanks you advance...

I am June 24 2019 applicant. I received AOR in Dec 2019 and I haven't heard from CIC since then. is there anyone having same issue? I tried to contact CIC agent but they don't have any updated information. Do you suggest what should I do now?

I am also the same situation. By end of next week, it is going to be 1 year anniversary of submission of document and no movement of file since submission of documents.
