It was processed by CPCO, Ottawa. I guess the email address should also indicate the CIO that your application belongs to.

My criminality has been valid since August too, and I passed the 6 month deadline. From my understanding eligibility is the last thing that would change on your profile, even when u get PPR it would still be showing "eligibility in check...". I believe security check is the last step of any FSW...
