For my case i have received payment link for dependent but not principal applicant. I sent them a couple of emails but as you know... just like you i got no response... i called them as well but same response... they asked me to wait. I am thinking of raising another webform, the worst thing...

Hi Guys, Just an update for my case, i received only one payment link which was for my mother(dependent) and her passport was picked up by blue dart today. I still have not received another payment link for my father(principal applicant), i have sent multiple emails but so far no response.

I paid for the applicant, i emailed VFS already about situation and i will call them in the morning I am not sure what would be ideal outcome but i hope they send the second link soon. it may come by today, i would hope so if i dont get it by end of the day today then i will send another email

I had actually did that before... when i received the confirmation of WebForm... i replied to my mother's email and explained them about these 2 different UCI number and everything... but i guess they did not check it... anyways, i will do it again... what email address did you use...

Mississauga office is not working at all... same with me... App Submitted 28 May 2019... medical done Nov 2019...... additional test request Nov 2019.... Medical Passed Nov 2020..... Medical Expired.... Nov 2020.... after that PIN DROP SILENCE.... lol I am not able digest their explanation that...

Yes, for my parents medical was passed in Nov 2019, expired in Nov 2020.... and dead silence after that.... VO is CPC-M I am May 28 Applicant

Hello Experts, A quick question, if my mother (Dependent) comes to canada for 1-2 months, should i tell CIC to change only her address during that period? ALso, my father(PA) wont be joining her so would it be fine?

@robertp : do you know if it is mandatory to use courier service for passport? can we not drop off at nearest VFS and they take care of everything? so parents does not have to go through the whole process of sending emails and getting payment links etc..etc.. i am asking only becasue my parents...
