I received my PPR on Dec 5 and submitted at VFS Chennai on the same day. The passport reached High Commission of Canada on Dec 9 and is still in progress. No updates!! Let me know if you have any update!

The same thing happened to me too. At the same time, status also changed from submitted to application/profile updated. Does that mean a ghost update?

Mine is exactly the same with the same AOR too! Biggest patience test ever!! Congratulations to all those who’ve had PPR:)

I raised a web form day before yesterday but didn’t receive any email confirmation of my web form being raised etc. How do they respond to web forms? Is it through email or it’s there on the profile?

I called around 12 PM, but the wait time was 37 minutes. I am in Canada now so I had them call me back.

I specifically requested the status of eligibility check and background check. Background check is in progress and eligibility check hasn’t been started yet; but that doesn’t mean my docs haven’t been looked at yet - it’s just eligibility check is the last thing to change on the file. They said...
