I don't think this is true that IRCC accepts medical from 2/3 yrs old, it should be less than 1year, I believe. If IRCC accepts older than year, that is really good initiative from Govt. Just to share my experience, they do accept if the medical was completed within 1yr. As an example, my mom's...
