Nope. It's only to track the progress of PR card as the new portal seems to show photos still in pending while they might have been approved and mailed.

I have been waiting since Apr 22, when all stages were cleared. AoR: Feb12, CeC inland with 2 inland dependents Was told once that VO is Ottawa, later was told VO is CIO Sydney.

Any cec inland with AoR on 12th Feb received their PR from CIO NS? I called on Apr 30th and agent told all stages are passed, will soon hear the final decision.
