Whenever you call IRCC and the agent opens your case to check there is an "update" on the tracker the next day.

Best is to respond now and tell them about your date of arrival. Once you are in Canada, email them again with the information they have asked for.

Yes. you should get it in time if you add a letter of explanation. Please share your COPR expiry date. You will find this on the PR tracker OR on the eCOPR document.

Have you checked the "service standards" for your stream? Foe example the service standard for CEC is 180 days from AOR and for startup visa program is 12 months. If you're within the "service standards" they just have a standard response i.e. wait.
