You can for upfront medicals. No problems with it. Even if your file is not processed within the timeframe, they will extend your medicals. This is what they did for me. You just have to book an appointment with a panel physician and thats it

Inland applicants dont have to give biometrcis if your file was submmited before 3rd of dec 2019. you will get PPR by tomorrow or by next week for sure. congratulations buddy. I am Feb 27th AR. last time i called them last week they said security not started yet. lets see

Cic can extend medicals. They send the request to health office in ottawa. If you have completed the medicals within the last 15 months, you dont have to do it again. They’ll extend it. Hope this helps
