Finally, I did receive my PR card on Monday February 17 and it was sent February 10, not February 5 as told me representative in immigration. So it took around 2 month to receive my PR card. We did flagpoling on December 20.

I called them and asked where is my PR Card and they told me that it was returned back, they never got in touch with me as well. Do you remember, when did you call them? How long ago? I am worrying about they put wrong address again...

They forgot to write down unit number on the envelope, that is why envelope was returned back to immigration.

Do you have the date on the envelope when did they send it? How long does it take to receive it after sending day? Can you check please... I am still waiting, they send my card second time on February 5.2020, but still I didn't receive it....

I called today to IRCC, my card was returned back on January 23 bcs they didn't write down unit number on the envelope. They told me that they are going to send my PR card within 6 weeks to correct address. What did they tell you about how long it will take?
