I have same issue like you dear I have applied on 16th may and whenever I call them they just tell me to be patient. I dont know where to go next or to do something so I can get my work permit.

Have you got your work permit??? Because I have applied on 16 May and I am still waiting.

They said they have got my complaint and our supervisor is personally working on it. I don't think so they are taking it seriously because I am contacting them about this from last 3 months continuously but they are just putting me on hold by saying we are working on it mam call us on this date...
