well i did apply on the 7th of November via paper application and its been 2 weeks and it is still under processing

Well this is first SOP that was submitted.....and i got this rejected.....and i do not have any backlogs...this application was reviewed by the VO in edmonton..

some of these were in a table....like the backlog and regarding the funds
