I did mine June 2019 and it says on the document expires June 2023

Yes you need a medical exam proof you can submit the one you have as long as the document is not expired. Regarding the financial proof you are right they say it’s not required but in the application it’s says required so I would suggest you call the IRCC and ask them on what to do in this case...

webform agents are a joke, it’s better to call them so you can discuss everything better. I can guarantee you that the webform agents will reply with the canned response.
