Are you sure you didn't have any prior refusals. This means misrepresentation with 5 years ban to apply and that will be tagged to your future applications. Not good.

Why cant you come to Canada now? if you come now, there is more chance that you will be allowed to enter. then you can renew your pr card after you meet RO 2 years. that would be simple. what is the use if you come after September with the expired PR card.
