    I used that number with extension 3410, it all depends on who you talk to.

    Got approval today, when I called they said that COPR will be mailed to me.

    Update: PPR: 28 Sept 2019 Passport sent: 6 Oct 2019 Passport Received: 8 Oct 2019 Application approved: 28 Oct 2019 Still waiting for tracking to be activated. I will be doing the flagpole/U-turn hopefully before the end of the week.

    PP delivered 8Oct, Called this morning and they said there is no note of it being sent back and they will send a note to the processing department to release it ASAP. Good luck all, it is just a patience game now!
