after receiving the PPR, you are supposed to shoot an email to VFS. Once VFS reverts in which it asks for some details and once you make the payment for the courier service, your passport pick up will be scheduled.

Yeah, I've received and mine is in DiP status since 19th Oct

Have you received any ADR request. If that’s the case then may be the ones who got ADRs haven’t been nominated yet.
