My reference letter does not say full-time or 40 hours per week

I tried convincing my HR but he said that's how they have been issuing the letter only. But the thing is I haven't received my ITA and soon I will quit my company. After that company will not handle the quitters at all.

My reference letter does not say full-time or 40 hours per week

I recently received a reference letter from my organization and it does not mention whether I work full time there or not. However, it does say that I am a permanent employee of the company. Will this be sufficient?

Reference Letter with no end date

Hi, My company is agreeing to provide me with a reference letter but the end date on the letter will be "present" as I am still working with the company. However, in the future, if I plan to leave the company they will not update the "to date" as they do not entertain the employees who have left...

    wrong surname in WES

Hi, in WES they have mentioned my surname as SINGH, whereas in my passport my surname is blank. Will it be a problem during the immigration process? If yes what should I do to rectify it?

    No surname in passport

Hi, After many years I have realized that my passport has no surname and my whole name is written in the given name. All these years I have had my Express entry profile created (although not picked up yet). I have my WES done, and IELTS given. In all these profiles, I have always used SINGH as...

    Is PNP for outlanders too?

Ok, one last thing. I think I was not clear enough in my last question. Assuming I choose to go to Canada on the last day of my COPR expiry. So once there, can I leave within a week or two and stay outside for 3 years? Or does the province nomination want me to stay there right from the...

    Is PNP for outlanders too?

However, by Fall 2022 I have planned to go to the USA for MS. I want to understand the complications that may arise if I get my AOR or COPR while staying there. Since it is going to be an OINP, do provinces want you there in Canada right from day 1? or Can I wait 3 years after COPR and then go...

    Is PNP for outlanders too?

Yes, I don't mind the time duration. It's already too late since 2020, therefore I don't even mind a further delay of 2 or more years. As far as NOC selection by OINP Tech Draws is concerned, 2173 is always there so that is not even a problem.

    Is PNP for outlanders too?

I keep checking on Ontario's EE cutoffs. Their upper limit is always "467" whereas mine will be 468. Is that going to create any problem for me? Because I will by staying above the mentioned range, not within it.

    Is PNP for outlanders too?

I think I will fall in Tech Draw. NOC is 2173 and CRS is 435. However, in 3-4 months, my CRS will be 468. How does it look like to you?

    Is PNP for outlanders too?

I am only concerned about Ontario PNP. They only consider applications based on EE points right?

    Is PNP for outlanders too?

IRCC is conducting only two types of draws CEC and PNP. Is PNP for outlanders too or is it same like CEC for the people staying inside Canada?

Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program | (AINP) - 2021

there would be thousands of candidates who fall into those NOC's and having CRS of >=300. That's why you cant just rely on the stats provided. It's all about luck. If you fall into those NOC's then your chances are highers but not confirmed.

Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program | (AINP) - 2021

Alberta's selection algorithm is completely unpredictable. So far I am just grateful that they have started considering the ousiders. Rest is now on the fate
