Good old days :) for closure to this thread : I ended up getting an IT job after some training here in Ontario.

Unfortunately anything besides waiting is a waste of energy. Even in normal delays we couldn’t be sure how to trigger applications so imagine with the Covid-19! Arm your self with some extra patience and try to keep updated with info coming from IRCC.

Hi, mine is still in process too! I asked the embassy information about it and their response was that they are still working but I would expect delays. Any ways, here in Morocco, VFS is closed so even if the visa is issued there is no way to get back the passports.

I hope so, thanks for sharing! Can I ask where do you live? And also, do you use the VFS tracking tool? Mine says “...processing” (I submitted our passports 28/02/2020)

Agree, most of us know at this stage that applications are processed in a case-specific basis, but also at this stage we all need some optimistic words to hang up in there!! In my case 20 days after remedical reflected passed on my application and best scenario hoped for is not crossing the year...
