same situation and I`ve been waiting for almost 3 weeks now after it got delivered there. When I called, an agent said that it starts counting aprox 2 weeks only after ottawa acknowledge receipt on their system and not the date that was delivered. In total, I`ve been waiting for over a month...

Does anyone know if the aprox time (2 weeks) to print the COPR starts only when they actually acknowledge receipt of the passports on their system? How much time does it take them to normally acknowledge receipt of passports? thx.

It is taking forever for everybody. Definitely more than 2 weeks. Nothing we can do at this point other than wait.

did they approve yours? mine is the same date, and nothing so far.
