PCC is valid for 3 months for most of the countries. But you can always review on the PCC report as it clearly tell you.

They will ask about criminal and travel history nothing serious.

There is exemptions if you applied inland PR application if you’re an outland application and arrived in Canada then you have to leave Canada to do biometrics.

It takes me around 3 weeks to get my endorsement when i applied on 2018 but there are some delay if you apply now for endorsement. I heard that till jan 2020 there won’t be any endorsement issued for New Brunswick as far as i know .

I had the same issue with biometrics so i left Canada and did my biometrics at Singapore VFS.

I tried every measure to contact them but no success by the way, my document is on process at New Delhi.

M still waiting for medical since 6 months , still no updates.

They will not process your application until it’s complete so they will send back your document to your postal address or whatever by specifying what document need to be added and you can resubmit. It’s not a big issue.
