Still in their website there is meantion 20 calender days What can a student do in this case?

Don't take it in negative way if there is a rejection they would have given it in the earlier days.. Mine case was of rejection

On 29 nov.

Mine case is almost same i have submitted my file on 4 nov and is stuck on background check donot have any idea about how much more time they will take.

At first there was a refusal due to low band score that was applied on jan 2019 so medical was expired as per doctor concern
