If you can convince your employer to write the employment on the company’s letterhead you could appeal the decision and you will most likely be approved. Everything lies on that reference letter from your employer. Good luck

Depends when they open your file again. A decision was made two days after I submitted mine. The good thing is every other stage is passed, so once they open your file a decision will be made. Good luck

I am not sure if they always update the status. I believe I have read in other threads where the status was same as yours and it was extended. Maybe apply for notes to know what the review is about

It is possible they have extended your medical. Just call to be sure, I don’t think it is anything to worry about. Maybe they haven’t touched your file yet after the medicals expired
