No update!!! Its been 66 days since BVL!!!

Cant be sure but usually SDS are processed in Canada.

Thats insane. I wonder whats taking them so long after BVL. I heard that BVL is sent after a decision is made on the application. If the decision is made then why hold it for 3 months? This is really unfair. Did you send them any webforms after getting BVL or you received the decision without it?

No i didnt send any webform yet. Just waiting. If i dont hear anything in the next week then I will contact them. Some people have received approval 60 to 70 days after BVL...

Ask your agent to send a webform to IRCC requesting an update on your application since its more than a year you applied. The reason you received a back dated BVL is just because of COVID delays. You were supposed to get this BVL on April 29 but didnt because of the lockdowns and delays.

Sent a webform in November. Got a generic reply in December that application is being processed and I can continue my studies online and will be notified when there is a final decision on my application. It also said that duplicate webforms sent for the same issue wont be answered. So didnt send...
