    I didn't receive hard copies I printed the letter that they sent me by email (similar to the one you received) and I sent photos with it. The address is mentioned above in the letter.

    Did you receive more than one document? Personally, I received only one document that says congratulations you are now a permanent resident and with instructions what to send to get the card. By the way,I am also in Montreal

    Because of covid19 pandemic, there may be people who don't have access to a printer so they are not able to have this document in hand. That is why they said in the letter : if you have this letter in hand send it to us by mail.
