Ur sponsor should call cic. My friend was having the similar case. He called cic and they said that they have already sent the letter a month ago but somehow it was not delivered so they sent it again for him. U should also try it.

i got AOR2 on 26 aug and phone call on sep 3

I also got phone call from ndvo on sep3 That was just small telephonic interview. He asked basic questions related to our relationship,work ,dob of my wife,how did we met etc. I told them the dob of my wife wrong but still they dont ask for personnel interview. I got PAL on nov15. Now waiting...

I also got pre-arrival on 15 nov after nearly 3 mnths(22 aug) of file transfer to ndvo.
