    The website says 128 days. My friend got hers a few days ago and sent in early May. Also it varies offices to offices. I sent mine to Etobicoke it seems the office is not fully opened. 2 people on the forum for theirs in 2 weeks from Windsor office

    Mandamus doesn't mean that you will go to the court and hire a lawyer. It's sort of a way to scare them and most of the time, your case will be settled before the court date.

    Just google 'mandamus canadavisa'. Lots of people have done that. It's the nuclear weapon to avoid situation like this. And a lawyer is not required. Best of luck.
