Hello everyone, Do you know if all June applicants are getting some updates on their applications? I’m hearing the news from here and there that they are all receiving their passport request while I haven’t got any updates since September. Should I be worried?

The third tweet brings the issue up specifically. It says they ARE “processing paper-based permanent residence applications to the extent possible”. It means whether they have been submitted before or after the pandemic. The second tweet also doesn’t mention “online” for permanent residence cases.

I have tried that for several times. They keep saying that everything is in order and I need to wait for further notice.

Just to let you know guys, our application was received by IRCC on 10th of June 2019. All other stuff including the fingerprint thing and the medical exam was done by the end of September. Since then we have had no updates. Still waiting ‍♀️
