Does the CRS score has any priority? I mean if I have 480 and applied in Aug, I will get PPR sooner than an applicant who has 450 and applied in May. My CRS at the time I applied is 453.

Fill out a web form after 6 months mark. Ask specifically about background check status and Visa office details.

There are many people in the same boat, including me. My AOR is May 22 and no update after bio-metrics. I don't think there is any reason for you to worry about at this point. Be patient. Keep your spirits up. All the best!!

What time of the day are you trying? Same thing happened for me when I tried in the mornings. I called after 1 PM CST couple times. There was a long wait, but, was able to talk to an agent.
