You will need put in thumb print of the child in applicant signature. Photocopy or original depends on where you are sending it from. For eg. The Brampton location will not need original document.

No nothing yet. Both passport surrender + OCI are under process at CGI. BLS takes a month to send it to CGI and then another 2 months. This is frustrating!

No not yet. It says that it might take 3-5 days for them to process and send it to CGI, so not sure if it will take more time to even show up on status enquiry.
