Applied on 19th August, got approval on 30th August and received confirmation of receipt the day before approval

According to CIC website processing times are different for different countries. So if a person apply ONLINE from a different country than his country of birth/citizenship then the processing time will be according to the current country he is now residing OR the country of birth/citizenship...

Sure

They will upload the confirmation of receipt just before giving the approval, so don't worry. Usually it takes 4 weeks but I got it in 10 days. Good luck.

I applied from Malaysia and I guess it will be processed on Singapore.

My eligibility and background started on 30th Sept as well as medical got passed. From where did you apply?
