its fixed now. I went on "update the form" didnt make any changes, press save and exit (complete signature and all that). Then logout and log back in once the it shows "application updated" the score should reflect.

I finally got a reply from IRCC on my Technical Error Report that "We are currently looking into the issue described in your email. We will communicate with you as soon as we have more information." If anyone got any other update please let us know.

I did. My score was 493. My score is 5 points down. If even the draw happens on 488, there is a chance of not getting ITA because my profile is new now thanks to their updates. It is sad and pathetic how they messed it up.

Yes withdraw previous and create a new one. But that was the last option for me as my spouse's complete form section disappeared. You can try the twitter suggestion in the previous comment if its just showing server down.

Your issue was server down correct? Mine I can access spouse's information but they are not counting the work experience. Also I made a new profile so technically its already updated. Make sure to check your points once done. Because the twitter comments mention some of the people's spouse's...

Yes I did, because after I went on "modify family information" but didnt change anything it. My spouse's whole form section disappeared from my profile.

I would suggest submitting a technical error report with screenshots if you have time. I was low on time. Creating a new profile created a new issue, I only did it cause atleast I will be in the pool. More technical reports go on this, hopefully they will prioritize it.

I got the same error in the previous profile. I hope they fix it soon. I was very close. Hence I went ahead and created a new profile which created another problem cause this way atleast I am in the pool. :(

My concern is that if I apply for SOWP now and it gets rejected then applying for TRV later is sure short rejection. Don't you think?
