Paper based is a long process , if we applied through this we literally signed up for a long delay at every stage . I kept my hopes down to receive AOR this month as it’s Christmas and I myself stopped working and planning for Christmas holidays can’t expect CIC to stretch on their job

No, haven’t received any update .

Actually I did the same mistake, my provincial nomination expires in Feb 2020 so my plan is to send another application end of Jan if I don’t get an AOR by then. Hopefully we get the AOR soon

Yes, I applied for closed work permit as I am an Outland applicant. My understanding was that if we are currently not in Canada than we are not eligible for BOWP once AOR is received. Is that true ???

CIC received my application on 23rd Sept.. Its been 60 days now but no updates.. Hopefully I receive my AOR soon. I also have my Work permit in progress and after Biometrics there has been no updates since last 4 weeks. Seems like Christmas season might delay the timeline
