I read somewhere that Indian students have started getting ppr. Is it true?

It’s my first attempt. 24th Feb is when my biometrics was done. 29th March medical updated. I don’t remember when my eligibility started. 7th May bvl. But no update since then

I got my bvl on 7th May and my medicals were updated a month before that. But no update since then. I can understand holding ppr. However, holding refusals makes no sense

Why are they not giving out results after bvl or at least refusals? It doesn’t make sense to hold refusals. Imagine waiting for such a long time only to get your application refused :(
