Why not try send a webform?

Firstly, if you re in Nigeria currently try to visit the vfs office in Nigeria either Lagos or Abuja and ask for the Ghana Vfs office info, if it correspond with the info you ve that claimed to be CVAC in Ghana, request for other contact phone number you can reach them with...and you should try...

Let mum visit the vfs office in Lagos with the request letter for her passport, they will be able tell her the whereabouts of the passport.

If you have the tracking number and the courier company name that will deliver it, i will suggest visiting they re nearest office to lodge the complain and know why the delay.

I will suggest you visit the Embassy or High Commission and inquire about the status. hope this help.

You just have to be patient, cos am also in similar situation with yours...i reapply August 10th via online, request for deferment letter and until now...no news...either approved or not. but if you re anticipation to know your application status...i will suggest checking...

Am just reading this now but it might be helpful to others too, you can visit the VFS office, they will help you track the application from they re system.

A letter to the embassy where your application is been treated...cos your visa was refused and it was stated there why they refused you...so you need to write letter quote that phrase and confused them you will be returning back to your home country. Google it you will see sample of letter of...

One just ve to wait for they re decision...patient I believe cos is been over 74days since I reapply and ve not heard anything yet.

Are they going to send you the request to your email correspondence or on your CIC account?
