I I did submit proof of funds. Went to the bank and got a letter on their letterhead. Followed what IRCC mentioned in the portal for the format.

Pretty cool that your eligibility passed. Not seen this yet for March AORs. Technically, Officers may ask for an ADR for PCC of any stay they want but if you explained this in your LOE then it shouldn't be a problem.

Eligibility and Background check are 'Not Started' for me.

You could be correct but from what I have seen since the past 6 months, things have been moving rather chronologically and even where processing seemed random, AORs weren't far apart from each other.

Well we are ahead in the queue so i'll say our timing was great. This shouldn't mess with our timeline.
