I can't answer your second question but for your first question, yes you can use your PR card for your test. I've used mine even though it does not have a signature and everything went well. Alot of people on this forum used their PR card with no issues. Best of luck on your test!

Called IRCC this morning and they confirmed they received my fingerprints from RCMP. They said everything is looking good and to just wait for the test invite :)

That is the correct number. I called them this morning to confirm they received my fingerprints and also got disconnected but kept calling every 5 mins until I got through in my 4th or 5th attempt. There is an option while being on hold to provide your phone number and they will call you back...

Did you do it through an accredited company or rcmp? I got my FP request on feb 13th and did it yesterday at an accredited company in surrey, BC. they told me to contact ircc in 10 business days to check if they received it from rcmp.
