Today, I came to know through an agent that my application was transferred to Edmonton Office 3 months ago and regular processing times doesn't apply to me. Does anyone know how long Officers will take to process the application at Edmonton? Did this happen to anyone else?

I thought biometrics is mandatory for all the outland applicants. Isn't that correct? I was worried because I haven't received biometrics request even after 6 months.
