I think so, yes. I received my AOR and immediately linked my application to an IRCC account, and at that moment the progress bar was already not at 0%. The progress bar was at 60% after I turned in my medical exam and biometrics, and stayed there until today.

I also just got my COPR! I mailed my federal application in December 2019 and got my AOR in February 2021. The estimated completion date was set to March 2022, but they got it done 11 months "early". Best of luck everyone!

After over a year, I finally received my AOR (with a non-XEP number; I confirmed my XEP over the phone in March 2020) by e-mail in February 2021. I then received requests to give my biometrics and do a medical exam in early March, and I completed those steps as soon as the relevant offices...

As an update, Having initially submitted my application on September 26, I received my CSQ last week, sometime between November 22 and 29 (I was away from home and couldn't check my mail). These were not normal circumstances: my credit card was destroyed on October 4 and I thoughtlessly...

I'm on a PGWP. I live in the province, have a pretty great job right now, and also... hate moving. I'm aware of the TN visa, but my profession (coding) is technically not covered by it. I know people who've described their jobs in appropriately vague terms to get through, though.
