Last time when I raised a web form around 2 months back background check was valid..now I raised another webform my process timeline is already complete but the now the background check is in process.Anyone has similar case?

If this the case then why they are conducting PNP draws fortnightly.. not all pnp candidates are inland..I knew many people from india which are being nominated under Pnp program in recent draws..stay positive

My Aor is 24 dec and I got same response as yours..I specifically asked for eligibility..bt they did not mentioned anything abt Eligibility
