    Just a random suggestion, if it has been a year since the day your medical was conducted... Please redo it.. Your Medical needs to be valid the day you travel. I know I ain't answering your query, but just something that you ought to know and be prepared for.

    So, my course ends in December 2021, but my TRV/POE letter expires on 30th Sep 2021. However, given the restrictions on those travelling from India, I don't see myself traveling within this time frame. What are the possibilities at my disposal ?

    This date is when they imposed the restrictions... The point is, they have not even talked about it.. Its only PGWP that they are talking about. As per the rules on the website, as of now, these degrees earned from outside of Canada have little significance, can be used for education points...
