I have not problem with any of this. It may not eliminate all MOCs but I think it will decrease them. For example, Canadian sponsers other, other arrives and divorces canadian, other marrys again and sponser new spouse. It's not going to change the application process, they may just tag you...

There does appear to be a Customers Service Department with the CIC. Not just the people who answer the phones, it another department. It's hard to get transfered to them. I would guess they would recieve your wife's complain letter. Has she contacted her MP, to do a case inquiry?

I don't think fprince read everything just skimmed. Try Ecas with your wife's info and the number on the reciept of payment. ECAS with your info will not work until your wife is approved.

Fprince, if you read.... Sponsership is not approved in Miss, he knows that. The file is not in Moroco, he knows that. He is not in Ecas, but is she in Ecas?

Tarnen I think you are trying to make this as hard as possible. You have not even submitted yet, you may want to save some of that energy for the actually application process. Our application is at the embassy right now and they don't have any problem with our marriage cert.
