Oh no... You'll need an application number to access IVR. It's basically the IRCC customer contact number and the prompts are 1 1 2 and then you'll need to type in your application number which would've been on your pre AOR letter.. I hope they find your app!!! I really do as it's been a long...

Did you call IVR to see if your application is on file? Theres a bunch of us in the July WhatsApp group who's been calling IVR everyday to see if there's been any progress... I believe the extension lines are 1 1 2 and then put in your pre AOR number without the X

Did you get an AOR yet? Try using the IVR automated system line and see where your application stands. It should tell you if there's been any progress.

Hey everyone, do u guys think they're processing these apps in order? I'm early July but still haven't received anything... The only confirmation we got was that they had received and forwarded a webform we had submitted two months ago.

Starting to get worried... July 7th applicant here and still nothing .. I did call in and got that our app was deemed complete in November.

Really paranoid around this time... I think they're either done or currently done checking our applications for completeness. I'm looking at the excel sheet and two late July applicants had gotten their applications sent back to them in December... I hope we're in the clear.

This has me worried now... I thought they were only strict with North American postal codes. Most of the returned applications were due to these.

Hi Sandy, if you're missing postal codes or country names for North America I highly suggest you send the webform. However, if it's outside of North America, you should be fine without sending one. I made a post earlier about this

Hi Daniel, were they American addresses? I read that postal codes aren't mandatory for oversea outside of North america addresses. However, USA and Canada full addresses are mandatory.
