Only asking 'cause the mail said they had given me more information in an email that did not say anything about the exam, but thanks.

    Confused about medical exam

Common law sponsorship, inland. So, according to this policy, I believe I don't need a medical exam. I came as a student in 2021, did a medical exam right before I came, haven't left since. I didn't see the policy before I submitted my application (Nov 7), so I sent a webform a few days ago with...

Preparing for Spousal Sponsorship (Common Law)

No, we were together, but weren't common law before therefore didn't declare as common law. We didn't live together back in our home country. Why would he have issues sponsoring me?

    Messy Proof of Income

The letter included salary information, I just double checked. I doubted because I haven't seen the letter in a while. I have no idea why they're asking him for more information. Keep in mind this is a 2 year old application and a lot of applicants from 2020/2021 are being asked for extra...

    Messy Proof of Income

No idea why they do it this way, and tbh it’s the only time I’ve personally encountered anything like this (i personally dislike the company and we tried not using it on his application bc of this, but we ended up with no other option). We do live in a very informal-loving country, so I wouldn’t...

    Messy Proof of Income

He submitted a reference letter from the company’s CEO and a work certificate. I’m pretty sure it included salary information. The issue is that the company’s name on those documents is different than the four legal names they used to bill him. It’s like the company’s conformed of four different...

    Messy Proof of Income

Thanks! Sadly, getting those records in our home country isn’t as straightforward. And even if we did, it would still show four separate wages, as he was paid four separate times each month.

    Messy Proof of Income

My partner has been requested to submit a proof of income (aor nov 2020) for one of his jobs (2016-2018). According to the letter, he’s supposed to submit six months of bank statements or pay slips to demonstrate he was paid for his work at x company. Sadly, this specific company he worked at...

Remedical Passed - Waiting for PPR - Let's Gather

Received POI today, original ADR sent May 19, remed passed may 25. I need some advice - my partner (PA - single applicant) has been requested POI for one of his old jobs (2016-2018). The request says either six months of bank statements or pay slips. The company’s pay slips are messy as hell...

Remedical Passed - Waiting for PPR - Let's Gather

Congratulations! Sorry for asking, but did your ADR ever changed to Not Applicable? If it did, do you happen to remember when? We have a similar timeline with ADR request on April 29 from RROC as well.

    RROC - Primary VO

I doubt it has anything to do with discrimination. Maybe the way london vo processed documents was faster and the applications came to RROC further ahead. It sucks, but I doubt there’s anything we can do other than wait. At least they’re giving PPRs after all, it’s just a matter of time.
