I visited Canada back in november 2022 on a visitor and got a study permit inside canada but couldn't get into a public college so came back to India. I will be travelling back to Canada in May, will I be able to re-enter Canada on visitor visa and study permit? or do i have to have a study visa?

Is it just me or any of you notice it as well, the CIC website keeps updating. At times it shows the percentage bar and at others, it doesn't. Just curious.
