I got my eCoPR but my OWP has never been processed. Someone from this forum said that CIC nowadays skips OWP and process PR directly. I guess it might be the case.

Yeah faster than I expected. Thank you:) Yes and yes for both questions. The only difference is, when scrolling down to the bottom, there's a button to download the eCoPR.

I just received my eCoPR :D My timeline is at the signature section. Can't wait for the PR card but I heard it takes another 2-3 months.

Got PR portal login credentials today:D One question is, I thought "Decision Made" comes before the PR portal? From the spreadsheet, I saw most people received DM first and then PR portal. Not sure if my situation is normal?
