British Council charge some fees for the additional TRF's, but with too they not give to individual's/student, only to institutions. I don't know what is stopping them to issue additional TRF to student.

I checked with British Council UAE call center, and they refused to issue additional TRF's to individuals. Is anybody has ever got additional TRF, if so, kindly share!

efer, I'm pre june 2010 applicant, and I guess you are post june 2010 applicant. It seems there must be some sort of similarity in our cases, that's why address is missing. There may be chance that our applications are held up at same stage/reason.
