Thanks, there have been few cases where medical has been extended for non-accompanying spouse, not sure if we would be that lucky. My file has a remark to confirm if medical can be extended for her or not.

Thanks for the reply, i have seen few posts where remedical is requested for non-accompanying spouse and others where it must have been extended when PA gave the remed. The concern is more as somebody told me that there is a msg on my file confirming if spouse medical needs to be extended or not.

Thanks for the response, but for my brother's case the COPR is yet to be issued for spouse so was confused with the status reflecting as inventory-spr, will be calling IRCC to understand this.

Btw, the GCMS shows application status is open and the reason is Inventory SPR.. so SPR means Sponsor what does Inventory means.. I checked online that it should be either in progress, approved or refused. Can anyone help on that.

Actually my brother is in similar situation, he is in Canada and applied for spouse visa for his wife who is in India. All bio metrics medical everything is done in and around February. The file is showing pending at Mississauga VO and the representative is saying it will be done from there...

Is there any1 who has given the biometrics... The Visa application centres are getting opened in many countries for Canada so just wanted to check if anyone has completed biometrics and where's their application at.

Thats what i am checking, it has been opened for many many countries and yet pending for India. And it's not that countries have ditched India coz VFS is opened for several countries including UK.

VFS is opened for many countries in India, however, yet to be open for Canada. However, Canada has opened it for many other countries including China and Sri Lanka. Hope you are checking updates on VFS website.

Can anyone confirm if the application completion percentage is a real deal or just a Mirage. Mine currently shows end of September is the estimated completion date so if somehow the biometrics could be done in next few weeks so does than mean should i plan according to that date.
