I got it from Tokyo Visa Centre. I think many people pay shipping for mailing their COPR to their home. It closes to my work place so I got it without shipping fee.

Never mind. I've just got an email says Visa Center in Tokyo recieved a decision envelope so I have to pick it up. Does a decision envelope mean COPR is in the envelope? I've already got "Approved" of final decision on my gckey.

I got an email and it says "The decision envelope for your application, tracking ID No.111111 has been dispatched from the IRCC Office, to the Canada Visa Application Centre in CVO." Do you know where CVO is? I have to pick COPR up at Visa Centar in Tokyo. I'm wondering if CVO is in Tokyo.

I've applied PR in Jul,2019. I'm Japanese citizen who applied PR as family class. I'm so frustrated that many Japanese International students and even working holiday who have applied much later than me can go to Canada now. I'm wondering why many Canadian spouse and children can't go to Canada...

Are you Japanese citizen? Go to the website called jpcanada. You can check a lot of information about Japanese applicants from Inland and outland. If your application goes to Manila office as an outland aplicatnt, it takes about 8 months to 12 months.
