So my husband and I filled out the form in January showing interest to sponsor his mother. I sent this January 4 and we haven't gotten the email that we have been approved to apply for her. Has anyone gotten any feedback yet or approval to sponsor their parent to Canada??

I guess were ineligble. I was on mat leave for majority of 2011 and my husband only returned this year in June after being in his home country for 18 months. Oh well have to seek other options.
