I don’t think so. Its not the applicant who’s delaying it, its IRCC who’s doing that. Also, how will you apply for copr? When it isn’t generated even once by IRCC makes 0 sense tbh. You’re mistaken. I’m pretty sure that might be for outland applicants who have received the PPR and need to land...

It doesn’t work like that I guess if one is outside Canada. You need to be inside canada to receive eCOPR. Also, I think you should ask over same email and you can use this letter to get one time visa. The letter is under your name because you are primary applicant!

God know why are they just delaying it. It’s literally done. Just issue the eCOPR. Don’t know what these guys are upto tbh

I submitted on 14th Dec. nothing after that. Just a generic response when asked about it.

So mine shows approved from last 2 days i.e from September 19, 2019. But I haven’t received the letter in messages. How long does it take from here to receive the letter in messages as well as in mail??

Applied 3rd june but have’nt recieved anything. Though just called CIC they said decision has been made and its approved but cannot see anything online. So how long does it take? Any idea anyone?
