Hello, @legalfalcon , This time I again asked only about eligibility but they only mentioned about file being at Singapore local office and to contact them for more details.

Your PPR will be issued once border restrictions are lifted 21st July or 31st July, and BD VAC resumes operations. Don’t know when that may happen though.
